Kyra is a California native currently completing her intern year at Oregon Health & Science University and recently matched into Dermatology at HealthPartners Institute. She is passionate about research and mentorship, with 20+ publications and experience mentoring students across all stages. She also serves as a “point person” for students at her medical school interested in research and competitive specialties like dermatology. Having participated in admissions interviews, Kyra brings unique insight into what makes applicants stand out. She focuses on helping applicants identify their "brand", strengthen their interview skills, and approach the process with confidence. Outside of medicine, you can find her playing with her husky, at a heated yoga class, or curating playlists (fun fact: she used to DJ in college!)
