Adam Gould

  • Advisor for students applying to medical school
  • MS1 class of 2019, UC San Diego School of Medicine

Raised by two psychiatrists in Poway, California, Adam was encouraged to pursue his interest in biopsychology at nearby UC Santa Barbara. He returned to San Diego to work as an in-vivo researcher in the biotech industry, which inspired him to pursue a medical education and have a more hands-on, personal impact. After a challenging year of applications and interviews, he entered into the MS1 class of 2019 at the UC San Diego. Will there be another psychiatrist in the family? Only time will tell, but for now he has his eyes set on surgery. In his limited spare time, you can find Adam at the local hockey rink.

Adam says: “The application process can be confusing and overwhelming, but with a little direction it is beatable. My intentions were to do it right and to do it once. As a former student of Passport Admissions, I would not be back if I did not believe in what this company is capable of doing for their students.”
