I returned from Iraq in March 2009 and immediately started preparing to start graduate school in the fall of 2010. I was very unsure of the application process since I had not been in college since I graduated in 1991. I started using every resource available so that I could gain from others experience, i.e. Princeton Review and this is how I found Passport Admissions. When I hired Passport Admissions I was looking for assistance in my application essays and I knew I needed someone with current experience and some depth in grammar and composition, Passport provided this and more. Passport quickly assisted me in framing what it was that I wanted to say and then helped me ensure my arguments to the admissions boards were convincing, concise and answered their questions. I always had access to the Passport team and they responses were insightful and ensured that I presented the best possible face to the admissions committees. In the end I was very impressed with Passport's support and they played a critical role in my being admitted to the full-time MBA programs at Notre Dame, Wake Forest, and the Thunderbird School of Global Management. I hired Passport Admissions for two reasons; one, I needed someone with an understanding of the admissions process to assist my in applying since I have been away from civilian academics for almost 20 years. Second, I attended the orientation brief by Rob and was very impressed with his presentation, knowledge, and positive attitude The most valuable part about working with Passport admissions for me was your ability to pull out my experiences and then assist me in translating them so that they were relevant to a graduate admissions repesentative. Your understanding of my strengths and weaknesses relative to other applicants and in the eyes of admission boards allowed me to focus and refine my application essays to ensure that they were concise, relevant and adequately highlighted "why me."
