I started with Passport very late in the game. When I was doing my applications there came a point where it felt like there was no way I would finish any of them by the deadline. I had heard of Passport through a Princeton SAT Review class so I looked them up online. I talked with them on the phone for a couple weeks and I decided that they would be the best option for me to help me with my applications. All the advisors at Passport seemed extremely competent and experienced.
Like most teenagers I waited until a couple months before the deadline to start my applications. When I finally started I still procrastinated. Alison helped me organize everything and get it done. I felt relaxed and calm knowing that she was always there to lend a hand! Alison was extremely helpful in the process, helping me edit my essays and fill out extracurriculars, etc., she even introduced me to my dream school, which is also the school I will be attending next fall, Reed College!
It really brought out the best in me, and made my applications the best they could be. With Passport I always felt that I was in great hands. They did not write anything for me or try to mold me into something I was not, but directed me in a direction that was entirely original and personal to me, which is what colleges love to see. Passport will provide you with the support you need to bring out the best in you during those stressful months.
